IT managers pressured Finance Pro to falsify accounts, jury hears

By Richard Crump (January 24, 2022, 17:41 GMT) — Two former executives of Redcentric PLC have pressured the UK IT company’s former chief financial officer to falsify his accounts to mislead investors about his assets and debts, a city watchdog prosecutor says as a two-month trial draws to a close.

Fraser Fisher, who was chief executive of Redcentric, and the company’s former chief financial officer, Timothy Coleman, relied on Estelle Croft to cover up the data service provider’s poor financial performance, the Financial Conduct Authority told the jury of Southwark Crown Court during closing arguments.
